Unlocking knee pain
Knee pain is a common problem. Some figures suggest one in five people over 40 have ongoing knee pain.
This has a big impact on lives - physically and emotionally.
CJ remembers those days:
‘MRIs & X-rays indicated osteoarthritis and physio was recommended to deal with a knee injury. None of this made any difference. Sitting, walking, bending, using the stairs, lifting, driving all caused so much pain it was easier just not move at all. The weight started piling on. I felt life as I knew it was over and there wasn’t an awful lot to look forward to.’
Just because knee pain is common doesn’t mean you have to live with it.
There is so much that can be done to tackle knee pain - helping you to move better and feel better…
1️⃣ Movement and exercise can often rival or surpass the effects of anti-inflammatories and paracetamol.
2️⃣ Understanding and reshaping pain and movement can truly be a game-changer.
3️⃣ Being diagnosed as 'bone on bone' doesn't signify the end of movement possibilities.
