Like CJ.
Walking, bending, climbing stairs, lifting, driving – were all causing CJ so much pain, she’d stopped moving altogether. As a result, the weight had piled on and, in her own words, she felt like life as she knew it “was over”.
However, within a couple of weeks of starting The Healthy Movement Programme, CJ started to notice a fluidity of movement - and her fear of moving was replaced with an eagerness to get outside and walk.
Week by week, things got easier and CJ reported more confidence in all aspects of her life as she:
